Miscellaneous
The User Agreement set forth in the web site are governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States of America and the state of Arizona, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws provisions. If any portion of the User Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Alliance Defense Fund can, at its sole discretion, replace or amend such provisions with another provision.
